    Need to add some protein to your appetizer spreads or even an easy lake or picnic lunch? This recipe is a great flavorful make ahead option! You can use flour tortillas or even the carb balance options to meet your dietary preferences. They are easy to eat and do best when kept cold until ready to serve!

    Instructions:

    In a small bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese and pesto together until blended.

    On each of the tortillas, spread a thin layer of the pesto cream cheese.

    Equally distribute the thinly sliced turkey across the four tortillas. 

    Top the middle of each tortilla with two slices of cheese.

    Roll up each tortilla. Wrap each tortilla individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. 

    Remove plastic wrap and slice each of the tortillas into one inch pieces and serve.
