Egg Bake

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350(f) degrees
Take the ground sausage and cook it in a pan until brown. Then put on a paper towel covered plate
In the same pan cook the shredded hash browns.
In a 9x13 inch pan put the cooked shredded hash browns spread evenly on the bottom.
Put the cooked ground sausage on top of the hash browns spread evenly.
in a separate bowl, crack 10 eggs, mix with 2 coups of milk and mix until all the egg yolks are broken and it is a nice even color.
Pour the milk egg mixture over the hash browns and sausage trying to evenly spread it.
Spread the 2 coups of shredded cheese over the hash brown/sausage/egg mixture trying to have it be evenly spread.
Put the pan in the over and bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees, about 40 minutes
