• El Loro Copycat White Salsa

    Here in the Twin Cities suburbs, we have a Mexican restaurant chain called El Loro. One of their signatures is the chips and salsa. This is a major perk for any families of young kids - food while waiting always makes time go faster! While we enjoy visiting the restaurant,  we also love enjoying chips and salsa by our pool or by the lake. After many different attempts, this has been the closest we have come! We like to enjoy this with the traditional tortilla chips, but our personal favorite twist has been to enjoy them with Doritos for a little extra flavor boost. The Golden Sriracha Doritos still have my top pick.

    For best results, make this recipe at least the day before you need it! The longer it has to marinate the more the flavors come together.

    2. Let sit in the fridge for 24 to 36 hours to marinate.
