• Blackstone Balsamic Steak Sandwiches

Prep time: 5 Minutes Cook time: 15 Minutes Servings: 4

If you are looking for a quick yet flavorful summer dinner - this is a perfect option for you! We recently enjoyed this recipe on our summer tent camping trip. We brought a new bottle of Horsey sauce, so the only thing that needed refrigeration was the meat and cheese- making it the perfect dinner meal to look forward to after setting up camp. We paired with chips and fresh watermelon to round out the meal.

    Ingredients:

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the griddle on high.

    2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye meat to the griddle. Season with the Kinders Buttery Steakhouse seasoning.

    3. Cook the thinly sliced meat through, then add balsamic glaze and mix to combine.

    4. Divide the meat into four portions and melt the cheese on top.

    5. While the cheese is melting, toast the ciabatta rolls on the griddle.

    6. Build the sandwich with the toasted bun, seasoned steak and cheese and top with horseradish sauce.

    7. Enjoy!
