• Viral Trader Joes Pizza

Prep time: 10 Minutes Cook time: 25 Minutes Servings: 6

In our home, Fridays are pizza night. By the end of the week all of our energy has been spent and we are ready for an easy dinner. Historically this meant frozen pizzas, however this pizza has become a new favorite! It comes together so quickly and is so flexible with what toppings you can use. Feel free to swap out the pepperoni for sausage, or roasted veggies.

While the recipe originally went viral as the Trader Joes Pizza, many of the ingredients also can be found at Aldi as well! For the Hot Honey, the Trader Joes brand has been our favorite, but we have also tried the budget friendly option from Aldi as well as Mike’s Hot Honey.

Don’t need two pizzas - no problem! Most of the ingredients are enough to make two pizzas, but often we can only eat one at a time - to save time we buy enough to make two, then freeze one of the pizza doughs for the following week. Simply put the dough into the fridge about 24 hours ahead and you are ready to go!

One dinner but friendly for both kids and adults? We love to grab extra dough and some shredded mozzarella to make a more simplistic cheese pizza - or with our kids cheese and black olives!
